Embracing digitalisation

In 2021, we were supported by Made Smarter in increasing the productivity of our machines through the installation of a Decade Monitoring Solutions process monitoring system. This system enables us to track uptime, downtime and part efficiency in real time, while the machine is in operation.

It plays an integral role in our quality management system. In the event of an issue, an engineer is automatically alerted, allowing them to take prompt action and minimise disruption.

We are also integrating AI into our systems, using automated quality control cameras that can detect defects not easily visible to the human eye.
